Relaxation of soul...

Some time standing at the river bank or sea shore make u feel like u are in some other world just stand there and feel the cool breeze touching your face and the water which is touching your feet it feels like it is touching you and saying to you just forget what you have in your mind just forget what are you up to just remember one thing that you are with us the water and its cold feeling just be like us we have no colours we have no shape just be like us become thought less just feel the coldness which is touching to u by which you ate feeling relaxed you have no worry just relaxed .......
Your eyes are closed and you are feeling that calmness around you and when you open your eyes you are relaxed and you are free of all your tension.......

A Fear

Sometimes fear comes in face of incidents sometimes in face of results consequences and sometimes in face of darkness .......  
Yes the darkness in which anything could be happen and anything worst like something you didn't expected something you never imagined something bad to such extent that can give you the goose bumps......
But if you are thinking that it can happen then I should say that it is a fear your thoughts are your fear nothing else ...... You can think anything which is positive anything which gives you happiness its up to you ....... But remember don't think about those things which can divert your mind....

A special feeling...

Sometimes  sitting calmly and feeling the cold breeze which is brushing your hairs feels like it is talking to you and you are listening to it it feels like the air is nature is singing the song and you are listening it and your mind feels peace... it is so good to experience that cool calm environment which is providing some peace to your mind and it is like the sweet small bells are jingling in your ears and making the sound to awake your sleeping child and saying come lets play it is not too late to live a life like a child
